Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry or carry out agreed work.
- Contact form. If you use the quote form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the service you select, and your message. Until the form is connected to an email or form service, that information stays in your browser and is not received by us.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you call, email or message us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to write or say.
- Job details. If we visit or quote, we may keep the site address, a description of the work, photographs you or we take of the work area, and quotation and invoice records.
- Basic technical data. Our website host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We do not currently run a separate analytics product. Hosting provider: [PLACEHOLDER].
Please do not send us passport copies, identity numbers, or payment card details through the website form or WhatsApp. Ask us for the payment method stated on your invoice.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- reply to enquiries and prepare quotations;
- arrange site visits and carry out work you have accepted;
- send invoices, receipts and handover notes;
- deal with questions or warranty claims about a job we did;
- keep records we are required to keep for accounting, tax and licensing; and
- protect our staff, clients and website from misuse.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing lists. If we ever send general updates, we will only do so where the law allows, and you will be able to tell us to stop.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- To deliver the service. A supplier, subcontractor or specialist may receive the site address and the details they need to supply materials or do a defined part of the job.
- Service providers. An email host, website host, accountant, or — once connected — a form service such as Formspree may process information on our instructions. A future Google Map embed may also load from Google.
- WhatsApp. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under that company’s own terms, as well as by us.
- Google Fonts. Pages request font files from Google. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to download them. Google may process technical data such as your IP address under its own policy.
- Legal duties. We may disclose information if a UAE law, court, or competent authority requires it, or if it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and similar tools
This website does not currently set its own cookies, and it does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tool.
If we later add analytics, a map embed, or a form provider, that provider may set cookies or similar storage. We will update this page to name the tool and what it does before we rely on it. Current analytics: none installed.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them should not stop you from reading this site or calling us.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to respond, finish the work, handle a follow-up, and meet legal and accounting duties. When we no longer need them, we delete them or reduce them so they no longer identify you.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and practical safeguards for a technical services business. Access to enquiry and job records is limited to people who need them for the work. Phones and computers used for the business should be protected with a passcode or password.

Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete; or
- Delete information we do not need to keep for a live job or a legal duty.

We may refuse or limit a request where the law allows us to, for example where we must keep an invoice. We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Children’s privacy
Our services and this website are directed at adults who can instruct work on a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it unless a law requires us to keep it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our practices change, for example when the contact form, a map, or analytics is connected. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Please check this page from time to time. For a job already in progress, we will use the contact details we hold if a change materially affects that job.

Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that relate to it are subject to the courts of Dubai, without limiting any mandatory protection the law gives you.
